By accessing and using ToolPix ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

ToolPix provides online tools for file conversion, image editing, PDF processing, video/audio conversion, and developer utilities. Some tools run in your browser; others process files on our servers.

3. User Accounts

You may use many tools without an account. Creating an account gives you access to favorites, usage tracking, and premium features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

4. Pricing & Billing

ToolPix offers Free, Basic, Pro, and Unlimited plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase.

5. Usage Limits

Each plan has daily usage limits, file size limits, and concurrent job limits. Exceeding these limits requires upgrading your plan. We reserve the right to throttle excessive automated usage.

6. File Uploads

Files uploaded for processing are stored temporarily and automatically deleted after 2 hours. We do not access, share, or sell your files. You retain all rights to your content.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to: process illegal content, attempt to bypass usage limits, reverse-engineer the Service, or use automated scripts to abuse the platform.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free processing. Use the Service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

ToolPix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including data loss during file processing.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be announced via email to registered users.
